Admission (Course 2026/27)
The Master’s degree has a strong quantitative analysis component and requires a certain mastery and fluency in the use of quantitative tools. It is aimed at graduates in economics, business, mathematics and engineering. Admission requirements are knowledge of Spanish and English, with a minimum level of B2 in the two languages.
The admission process opens in June. Admission and pre-enrollment is carried out through the Distrito Único Andaluz.
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Academic transcript
- Currículum vitae
- Spanish language certificate, level B2 or above* (only for non-Spanish speaking foreign students)
- English language certificate, level B2 or above**
* Valid Spanish certificates: i) DELE, Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language and ii) SIELE, Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española, both issued by the Instituto Cervantes. The certificate must include a verification code to check the validity of the certificate. These certificates will also be taken into account by the University of Malaga for the appropriate purposes, in accordance with the UMA Regulations, “ACCREDITATION OF KNOWLEDGE OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE”: ACCEPTED DOCUMENTS AND EXEMPTIONS” (in the section Additional Information: Accreditation of knowledge of Spanish).

Enrollment must be completed in person at the Secretary’s Office of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Málaga.
